Kirstin is a dual qualified Solicitor having joined the JMW Real Estate Residential Department, London office, in April 2024.
After training and qualifying as an Attorney and Conveyancer in South Africa Kirstin moved to London and began practising in the UK, first as a Paralegal and then completing her conversion exams to qualify as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2018.
Kirstin has experience acting for both domestic and international clients, whether first time buyers, investors or developers across a wide variety of matters including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties;
- Transfers of equity;
- Acting for both banks and borrowers in secured lending transactions;
- New build purchases, sales and contract assignments.
Kirstin’s focus is the core interests of her clients, as such she takes a holistic approach to each matter listening to client’s individual and desired objectives, providing the necessary tailored and commercial advice.
Kirstin enjoys sports, spending her time outside of work running, swimming and playing hockey for her local club.
