Our first session

Join JMW’s Head of Corporate, David Easdown, who will reflect upon the lessons learned from the lead-up to the Autumn Budget 2024 and the rush on completions in M&A transactions before the end of October 2024.  As we approach the Capital Gains Tax changes in April 2025, David will also share his top tips for running the perfect deal, and highlight the items that are likely to expedite, as well as delay, M&A deals.
