Abby joined as an Associate in the Private Client Team at JMW in May 2024.
Abby has experience in a wide range of Private Client Matters:
- Will preparation
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate and succession planning
- Deputyship Applications with the Court of Protection
- Estate Administration
- Advising Executors, Trustees and Attorney’s in relation to their duties
Abby graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Law before completing her LPC at the University of Sheffield. Abby is a full TEP member of STEP (Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners) having completed the course in November 2023.
Abby prides herself on providing pragmatic and helpful advice to her clients, in a personable manner.
In her spare time Abby enjoys travelling and visiting as many places as she can!
