Alicia first joined JMW in March 2019 as a Paralegal. She commenced her training contract with the firm in September 2021 and qualified into the Real Estate Finance team in September 2023.
Having qualified as a Solicitor within the Real Estate Finance team in September 2023, Alicia has experience of working for clients in Real Estate transactions on both a joint representation and separate representation basis.
On a day to day basis, Alicia has experience in acting for numerous lenders on a variety of Real Estate Finance matters. She specialises in acting for lenders in a range of property transactions including secured lending, in particular acting for lenders on short term finance transactions.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys travelling, socialising with her friends and family and attending live music and comedy.
