Alison deals with all matters arising from disputes arising after someone’s death including claims to challenge the validity of Wills, claims by those who have not been left with reasonable provision from someone’s estate, challenges to lifetime transactions and also claims arising out of trust structures. She also deals with linked professional negligence matters arising out of these circumstances.
She is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), a member of the STEP Contentious Trusts and Estates Special Interest Group and is highly regarded in her field.
