Aqib joined JMW in September 2023 as a trainee solicitor to commence his training contract with the firm. He completed his first seat in the real estate residential department and his second seat in the Personal/Catastrophic Injury department. He is now in his third seat in the corporate department, where he assists in advising both buyers and sellers on various types of transactions. He also assists with the commercial aspects of transactions.
In 2021, Aqib graduated from the University of Salford with a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Laws. He went on to study the LPC with a Master of Laws at The University of Law.
Outside of work, Aqib is currently studying Islamic law and learning the modern standard form of the Arabic language. In his spare time, he enjoys training in Muay Thai and hiking/wild camping.
