Dalia joined JMW in August 2024 as a Senior Associate in the Professional Misconduct team, part of the Business Crime and Regulation Department.
Dalia has considerable experience in representing those concerned in all aspects of:
- Criminal and Police Disciplinary Proceedings.
- Post Incident Procedures, Judicial Review and Inquests.
- Police Station, Magistrate, Crown Court and Court Martial representation.
Dalia trained and qualified as a criminal solicitor at Wilson & Co Solicitors in 2002, becoming a duty solicitor in 2003, where she continued to work until moving to Reynolds Dawson Solicitors in 2007.
Dalia has specialist expertise gained over 17 years providing advice on behalf of the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW), City of London Police (ColP) Federation and British Transport Police (BTP) Federation to officers who face criminal and police disciplinary allegations and those involved in Post Incident Procedures following death or serious injury after police contact. She is nationally recognised as an expert in this area.
