Danielle joined JMW in August 2024 as Finance and Operations Manager in the Court of Protection team and has over 10 years of practising law in the Court of Protection and as professional deputy as a Trust Corporation Director.
Danielle specialises in:
- Management of deputyships and personal injury trust cases
- ACC and ORS, statutory wills and gift applications to the Court of Protection
- Expert witness statements
- Supporting lay deputies
- Departmental systems, procedures and operations
Danielle is also a committee member of the Professional Deputy Forum (PDF) where she sits on the SCCO and Editorial subgroups.
Outside work, Danielle is an avid Liverpool FC fan and tries to attend as many games as possible. She has recently got into golf and is a member of Formby Ladies. Her favourite film(s) and book(s) are The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, extended edition for the films and she enjoys regularly watching the Twilight and The Hunger Games films.
