Emily joined JMW Solicitors in March 2023 as a paralegal in the Personal Injury Department. She started her Training Contract in September 2024.
During her time as a paralegal, Emily worked within the Road Traffic Accident Team dealing with a wide range of MOJ Portal, Fast Track and Multi-Track claims, many of which where liability was disputed. Her caseload included a variety of motor, passenger, pedestrian, cyclist and child claims.
Prior to working at JMW Solicitors, Emily worked as a residential property paralegal for 18 months.
In 2020 Emily graduated from University of York with a 2:1 degree in Law. She subsequently completed the LPC with Integrated Masters at BPP University, where she received a Distinction.
Outside of work, Emily is a keen reader and baker. She also enjoys playing hockey weekly as a goalkeeper for her local club.
