Emma graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2018, after completing her undergraduate law degree. Emma then completed her Legal Practice Course whilst working part-time in 2022.
Emma joined JMW as an employment paralegal in January 2022, and started her training contract in September 2024.
Prior to joining JMW, Emma worked at a HR consultancy business for over 2 years. She worked across several teams in the business and gained insight into the HR, insurance and litigation functions. As a paralegal at JMW, Emma has worked with a variety of individuals and businesses, completing advisory, litigation and corporate-support work.
Outside of work, Emma regularly runs and enjoys Pilates classes. Emma is also an avid reader and paints abstract landscapes for her own home, as well as for family and friends.
