Georgia joined JMW in November 2021 as a Paralegal in the Court of Protection team. She commenced her Training Contract with the firm in September 2024.
Georgia has experience in a wide range of Court of Protection matters including:
- Professional deputyship financial management
- Court of Protection applications
- Financial abuse investigations
- Investigating assets held overseas
- Replacing incapacitated property trustees
- Care funding
Georgia graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2020 with a degree in Law, and then completed her LPC in 2022.
Prior to joining JMW, Georgia worked as a Court of Protection paralegal at a high street firm in Lancashire.
Outside of work Georgia enjoys reading, spending time with family and travelling to different European cities.
