Georgia joined JMW in January 2021 as a Paralegal in the Court of Protection Department, before starting her training contract with the firm in September 2022. Georgia qualified as a Court of Protection Solicitor in March 2024.
Georgia specialises in litigation support work, working with clients who have settlements from a claim arising due to clinical negligence or personal injury. Georgia has experience in a wide range of Court of Protection matters, including:
- Professional Deputyship General Management
- Personal Injury Trusts
- Court of Protection Applications
Georgia graduated from the University of Chester with a 2:1 LLB Law Degree and later completed her LPC in Manchester at the University of Law, achieving a distinction. Prior to joining JMW, Georgia worked as a Litigation Executive in the Abuse and Inquests team at Farleys Solicitors.
Outside of work, Georgia enjoys travelling, socialising with friends, and attending music events.
