Hinesh joined JMW in September 2024 as a Solicitor in the Real Estate Residential Department
Hinesh has experience in a range of Residential Conveyancing matters including:
- Sale matters (linked to probate matters);
- Purchasing of Freehold and Long Leasehold properties;
- Transfers of Equity
- Assents.
Hinesh graduated from the University of Sunderland with a degree in Criminology and Sociology. Hinesh then completed his GDL and LPC at the Manchester Metropolitan University. Before qualifying as a Solicitor in January 2024, Hinesh worked as a paralegal and completed his training at a small High Street Firm based in Irlam.
Hinesh delivers practical and straightforward advice in a personable manner and is committed to reaching a solution for clients without undue stress or unnecessary conflict.
Hinesh can speak Gujarati at a conversational level. In his spare time Hinesh enjoys playing basketball and badminton, attending music and comedy shows and also attempting to cook and bake.
