James joined JMW in August 2020 as paralegal, he then went onto complete his training contract with the firm, qualifying in September 2023 into the Commercial Litigation department.
James has experience in a wide range of regulatory matters both contentious and non-contentious:
- ICO Investigations and data compliance advice;
- Product liability and compliance;
- Parking Operator Compliance advice;
- Operator licence applications; and
- Public Inquiries.
James graduated from Manchester University with a 2:1 History degree. Then going onto to study the GDL and LPC at the University of Law in Manchester.
Outside of work James follows most sports and is a keen hiker.
