Jamie joined JMW in May 2023 and works across the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence departments.
Jamie’s role provides peer-led support and guidance to JMW’s clients, helping them and their families to navigate the complexities of living with a catastrophic injury. Having lived with a spinal cord injury for more than 25 years, Jamie uses his experience to offer empathetic insight and guidance into life with a serious condition.
Following the completion of a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Jamie spent over a decade working with the Spinal Injuries Association, initially as a peer worker and latterly as head of services, helping develop vital support networks for people affected by spinal cord injury.
When not running round after his young daughter, Jamie enjoys improving his wheelchair tennis skills, getting out into the countryside on his handbike, and attending gigs to check out the latest live music.
