Johnny joined JMW in May 2024 as an Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency department in the London office.
As a dual-qualified solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong, Johnny is familiar with the laws in the two places.
Johnny had been practising for more than eight years as a solicitor in Hong Kong. His main practices of interest are insolvency related commercial disputes and transactional work. Prior to joining JMW, he worked in the Restructuring & Insolvency team at RPC in the London office.
Johnny regularly acts for insolvency practitioners, multinational corporations, listed public companies and financial institutions, entrepreneurs, bankers, fund managers, directors, shareholders and accountants.
He is also a holder of Specialist Qualification (Insolvency) awarded by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Outside of work, Johnny enjoys playing football and travelling.
