Joseph joined JMW in August 2019 as a Post Completion Assistant in the Real Estate Residential Department, following his graduation from the University of Sheffield in the summer of 2019 with a BA in History. The Post Completion process involves submitting applications regarding purchases, leases, transfers of part, and remortgages to the Land Registry, finalising legal charges and transfers into the names of our clients.
Away from work, Joe is enthusiastic about cricket, playing for his local club and being a part of the JMW Cricket XI. Alongside this, Joe also has a keen interest in football, playing for multiple teams whilst also having a season ticket at Manchester’s finest team, Manchester City. Travelling to various cities across Europe is the next part of Joe’s plans; to watch City abroad.
