Karl joined JMW in September 2024 in the Personal Injury Department.
Karl has a wide range of experience in all forms of personal injury, with particular expertise in:
- Accidents that occur during the course of employment
- Claims occurring on construction sites or involving large heavy machinery
- Occupiers liability claims
- Industrial disease claims
Moved from the Northeast to Manchester to complete his Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University whilst working full time at in a law firm. Karl has worked in the legal sector for 10 years having trained and qualified at a local specialist personal injury law firm.
Karl possesses a deep working knowledge of the intricacies of the law and leverages this expertise to provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients injured, while at work, due to the negligence of others.
