Kate joined JMW in 2020 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Family Department in September 2024.
Kate advises clients in on a wide range of family law issues including those related to prenuptial considerations, during cohabitation and on the breakdown of a relationship. This work includes:
- Financial issues arising on separation or divorce, in particular complex financial cases;
- Cohabitation disputes; and
- Children issues
Kate attained a first-class Law Degree from Liverpool University and went on to achieve a distinction in her Masters and LPC from the University of Law.
Kate joined JMW as a paralegal in 2020 before completing her training contract with the firm. During her time as a Trainee at JMW Kate also completed seats in Corporate and Commercial Litigation Team which have complimented her training in Family Law.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys travelling, reading, and spending times with her friends and family.
