Marina joined JMW in March 2020 as a Paralegal in the Real Estate Residential team. She commenced her training contract at the firm in 2022 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Real Estate Residential team in September 2024.
Marina has experience in a wide range of residential transactions including:
- Sales, acquisitions and refinances of both leasehold and freehold properties
- Auction sales and purchases
- Lease extensions
- Transfer of Equity
- Purchases of new-build properties
She has also acted for a range of clients including, overseas and first time buyers. Marina prides herself on her approachability and providing a personal attentive service to all clients.
Marina graduated from the University of Reading in 2018 with a law degree before completing the LPC at BPP University in London.
In her free time, Marina enjoys doing Pilates, travelling and she is an unapologetic foodie. She is fluent in both English and Greek.
