Nadia joined JMW in September 2024 as a newly qualified Solicitor in the Clinical Negligence Department. She graduated Manchester Metropolitan University with a 1st class degree in Law and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course, graduating with a Distinction. Whilst completing her Legal Practice Course, Nadia worked as a legal assistant in clinical negligence. Shortly after she completed her Legal Practice Course, she was promoted to trainee solicitor and completed her training contract in August 2024.
Nadia has gained extensive experience in a wide range of clinical negligence matters including:
- Orthopaedic injuries
- Delay in diagnoses of cancers
- Extravasation injuries
- Birth injuries to baby and mother
- Dental negligence
- Delays caused by ambulance
Nadia has also gained experience working on catastrophic injury cases including:
- Amputation
- Surgical negligence
- Cerebral palsy
- Acquired brain injury
