Natalie joined JMW’s London office in September 2023 as a Solicitor in the Property Litigation department.
Natalie’s experience in both commercial and residential Property Litigation includes:
- Commercial asset management and security of tenure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954;
- Landlord and tenant disputes;
- Possession and rent recovery (including interim possession order procedure);
- Major works and consultation under section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985;
- Dilapidations claims pursuant to the Dilapidations Protocol;
- Issues arising under section 5 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987; and
- Private nuisance claims.
Prior to joining JMW, Natalie graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a degree in International Relations. After completing the GDL and LPC, she trained at an international City firm, with a focus on contentious seats.
Natalie is a member of the Property Litigation Association and Junior Property Litigation Association.
Natalie is a keen equestrian and netball player in her spare time, and is a native Polish speaker.
