Olivia advises both employer and employee clients on a wide range of employment matters.
Olivia has assisted in defending unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. She also drafts and negotiates employment documentation such as employment contracts, service agreements and settlement agreements.
Examples of Olivia’s experience:
- Advising senior employees on the enforceability and implications of post-termination restrictive covenants.
- Drafting and advising clients on handbooks and policy documentation.
- Offering HR advice to employers on required disciplinary, grievance and/ or redundancy processes.
Olivia studied Law at Cardiff University before going on to complete the LPC at the University of Law. She then joined the firm as a paralegal in 2020 before starting her training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in the Employment team in September 2024.
Outside of work, Olivia loves to travel and spend time with her family, friends and her Cavapoo, Pepe.
