Peter is an insolvency specialist with extensive experience in contentious corporate and personal matters. He represents a wide range of stakeholders, including insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors (secured and unsecured), debtors, shareholders, and other interested parties.

Peter has a strong background in insolvency litigation, covering areas such as antecedent transactions, debt recovery and enforcement, directors’ misfeasance and breaches of fiduciary duties, wrongful trading and fraudulent trading. He is familiar in utilising statutory demands for both personal and corporate matters when it is appropriate to do so, as well as presenting bankruptcy and winding-up petitions.  Conversely, Peter also advises debtors on setting aside statutory demands, opposing bankruptcy petitions, and applications to restrain the presentation or advertisement of winding-up petitions.
