Qusay Raba'h joined JMW Solicitors in July 2024, bringing his extensive expertise in litigation and dispute resolution to the Construction & Engineering team.
With a background in handling complex legal issues, Qusay has extensive experience leading successful high court claims and interim applications across various areas, including fraud and professional negligence.
Qusay's passion lies in contentious construction law, particularly in resolving multi-party disputes. He has experience in pursuing and defending high-value construction claims, adjudications, and advising clients on dispute management strategies for large projects.
Qusay graduated from the University of Toronto in 2015 and the University of Exeter in 2018, before training at a boutique law firm specialising in commercial litigation. He was subsequently admitted as a Solicitor in 2022.
Outside of work, Qusay is dedicated to humanitarian efforts, serving as a director at the Canadian Human Rights International Organization where has assisted many refugees, and advocated for vulnerable individuals. He is also passionate about weightlifting, music, and art.
