Sarah graduated from the University of Leicester where she studied Law and completed the LPC at the College of Law in Birmingham. Sarah has specialised in Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trust work for over a decade – having worked at two national law firms recognised for their Court of Protection expertise and joined JMW in June 2023.
Sarah has extensive experience of working with clients who have sustained life changing catastrophic injuries. Sarah enjoys empowering clients by providing them with the requisite support and tools to help improve their quality of life and to live independently as possible. This includes, where appropriate, successfully restoring clients to manage their own property and financial affairs when they have regained capacity. Sarah has also acted in a range of court applications including those for professional and lay deputy appointments, statutory wills, family gratuitous care payments, purchasing and selling property and other related matters. Sarah has also assisted clients with the creation and ongoing administration of Personal Injury Trusts.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends. I have also developed an interest in baking and gardening.
