Showaib joined JMW in September 2024 as a Solicitor in the Real Estate Residential Department and is based in Manchester.
Showaib has over 6 years’ experience in dealing with Residential Conveyancing including:
- Freehold and Leasehold Sales, Purchases and Remortgages
- Shared Ownership Houses & Flats – Sales, Purchases and Remortgages
- New Build Purchases – Freehold, Leasehold and Shared Ownership
- Transfer of Equities
Showaib graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 2:1 Degree in Law before going onto achieve a Distinction in the LPC. Following completion of this, Showaib gained his experience as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor at a local Firm in Stockport before Qualifying as a Solicitor.
