Tatiana Young

Tatiana joined JMW Solicitors as an Immigration Caseworker in the Immigration Corporate Department. Tatiana has over 5 years of experience in immigration and processing a variety of cases, including business and private immigration. She has previously assisted with securing and maintaining Sponsor Licences for companies who vary in their organisational structures and business needs. She had success in restoring a client’s title as an A-rated licence holder following previous revocation by the Home Office for non-compliance.

Tatiana is bilingual, speaking fluently both in English and Russian. She has read her LLB degree at Brunel University, following which she completed her Legal Practice Course at University of Law in Moorgate, London. She has since gained her qualification under the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (‘OISC’) to give immigration advice and process cases that fall under the Immigration Rules.

Tatiana has also experience in dealing with complex cases under the supervision that fall outside the Immigration Rules, which include appeals of Home Office decisions at the Immigration Tribunal. She particularly enjoyed dealing with complex nationality and family reunion cases.

Outside work, Tatiana enjoys going to the theatre, cinema, and travelling. She is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys going hiking, camping with her family and friends.
