Tom joined JMW in December 2018, initially within the Real Estate Residential Team before transferring to the Real Estate Finance Team in January 2020.
Prior to joining JMW, Tom worked at Premier Property Lawyers as Remortgage Conveyancing Manager, where he contributed to the growth of their remortgage teams while also building upon his experience gained at O’Neill Patient LLP and Halliwells/HL Interactive LLP.
With over 20 years of experience, Tom handles all aspects of refinance matters, acting for both lenders and clients. He approaches transactions with a proactive, efficient, and speedy attitude. This approach has resulted in numerous clients returning and referring his services to their friends and family.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys traveling, DIY projects, and walking his dog, Atticus.
