Yasmeen joined JMW in November 2021 and is an Immigration Solicitor within our Immigration Team, based in our London office having qualified in 2019.
Yasmeen is well known for building strong client relationships and assisting clients with finding solutions in line with their specific objectives. Yasmeen has extensive immigration experience and specialises in both corporate and private immigration matters, including but not limited to providing high level tailored advice for applications under the Points Based System, Sponsor Licence applications including advising on sponsor compliance obligations, Spousal Visa applications, Entry Clearance and Further Leave to Remain applications, applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain under various immigration categories, and applications to naturalise as a British Citizen. Yasmeen has built up a strong reputation for her expertise and knowledge and has experience of working with clients from numerous sectors, including multinational corporations, high net worth individuals and IT and Tech companies.
Yasmeen has extensive experience in Immigration Judaical Reviews and Appeals at the Immigration Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal.
Outside of work, Yasmeen enjoys travelling, cinema, and spending time with friends and family.
