Our Family Law teams, based in Manchester, London and Liverpool, offer expertise and essential support, whether it be a divorce, civil partnership dissolution, negotiating a prenuptial agreement or an issue regarding arrangements for children both nationally and internationally.

The Liverpool office is a close-knit team of 12, headed up by Partner Beverley Jones, who has been recognised year on year since 2014 as a top tier lawyer in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
The Role
We have two vacancies in our Liverpool Family team for experience Family lawyers to join at Solicitor or Associate level (c. 1-5 years' PQE).
What we are looking for:
- Experience of assisting on a range of Family work including: divorce and financial remedy, pre and post nuptial agreements, and privately funded children work.
- Ability to provide an effective, timely and efficient service to the firm’s clients
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction
- Manage an agreed caseload of clients in consultation with the Department Head and to assist other fee earners.
- Produce an appropriate level of chargeable recoverable fee earning hours and fee income to meet cost targets.
- Support department initiatives for business development
