JMW expands London’s Restructuring & Insolvency department with the addition of Imran Aslam
Full-service law firm JMW Solicitors has hired Imran Aslam as a Partner in its Restructuring and Insolvency team in London.
Imran, who has joined from Armstrong Teasdale, where he was the head of their Restructuring & Insolvency Practice in London, has extensive experience of cross-border and domestic corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, including advising debtors, creditors, officeholders, banks and other financial institutions, and purchasers of distressed assets.
JMW, a top 100 UK law firm, was founded in Manchester over four decades ago and opened its London office in 2019, growing from seven to over 165 staff in little over four years.

Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Imran also previously worked for more than a decade at two US law firms.
