Alison Parry assisted a client in respect of a challenge to the validity of her father’s will, which had been changed shortly before he passed away in suspicious circumstances.  The matter resolved with a satisfactory outcome for her client after some pre-action correspondence and without the need to issue proceedings.  This fit well with the client’s wishes who did not want unnecessary animosity between all the family members and so was keen to reach a quick resolution.  The client commented that Alison listened carefully, went above and beyond and was available to speak and reassure her when she needed it.  She said that it was a real bonus that Alison was also considerate and kind in all their interactions.
