The Real Estate Commercial team at JMW Solicitors LLP advised HBD and Barnfield Group on the sale of EAST Logistics Scheme.

Led by Real Estate Commercial Partner David Frankland, the team at JMW advised on the £30 million sale of EAST Logistics to Titan Investors.  EAST logistics is a 223,000 sq ft scheme on the outskirts of Preston which comprises of 5 units that are fully let and also has planning permission for 30,000 sq. ft of industrial space. The disposal of the site on a key M6 corridor takes place after recent pre-lets to DHL and DPD.
