The Accident
Toby, a 32-year-old carpenter from Wales, tripped on his shoelace, landing on a piece of broken glass that had not been cleaned up by staff, nor had a warning sign been placed near it.
Two days after the accident when the boat docked in England, he had still not regained complete feeling in his hand and decided to visit a doctor.
