JMW’s Commercial Road Transport team have unrivalled expertise representing operators, transport managers and professional drivers in hearings before the Traffic Commissioners across England, Scotland and Wales. Whilst we have frequently appeared on the other side of the bench to both Gerallt and Claire when representing our clients, it has always been a pleasure to appear in their Tribunal room. We wish Claire well for her future endeavours and look forward to continuing to appear before Gerallt in his new role as Deputy Traffic Commissioner.
